“What do you do in a world where there is already enough clothing for the next six generations?” A question that also reoccurs in this project. KoesterKleren grew as part of project Living Lab REuse in Style , in collaboration with University of Antwerp.

To answer the question, I zoomed in on prolonged wearability and product attachment. What is the emotional connection to the clothing? What physical transformation did the piece undergo? What personal stories and memories does the piece carry with it?

During an artistic ritual intervention, participants brought in a treasured piece of clothing. Documented in a series of video portraits for a broader impact.
